This role involves providing comprehensive assessments, developing and implementing tailored therapy plans, and collaborating with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes. You will work under the supervision of senior speech pathologists and have opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.
Key Requirements:
- Punctual, reliable, and committed with excellent time management skills
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record in time and task management, creating efficiency, and meeting targets
- Clear, personable, assertive, and professional communication with clients, families, and team members
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Professional communication style with internal and external stakeholders
- Great computer skills required for practice management software and Microsoft 365
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year (dependent on experience)
