About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Consultant in Balmain. As a key member of our Bathroom Life team, you will play a vital role in supporting builders, interior designers, and homeowners as they navigate their renovation journey to create their dream bathroom.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in selecting the perfect bathroom products
  • Create and manage customer quotes and orders via email and phone
  • Utilize our 3D Planner to bring customers' visions to life
  • Visit customers on-site to provide updates and maintain strong relationships
  • Ensure the showroom runs smoothly and safely

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service, with a passion for building relationships and helping customers
  • Ability to work various shifts, including weekends
  • Comfortable with computer systems and willing to learn new technology
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
