**Your Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate in Rozelle. As a key member of our sales team, you will have the opportunity to work in different aspects of store operations, train and learn new skills, and contribute to achieving sales targets.

**Your Responsibilities**

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.
  • Ensure compliance with our policies and procedures, including those related to stock management and visual merchandising.
  • Replenish stock on the sales floor and maintain a high level of store presentation.
  • Use your creative flair to assist with visual merchandising and contribute to the overall aesthetic of the store.
  • Sort and price items according to our pricing guidelines and maintain accurate records.
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets and work collaboratively with the team to drive sales growth.

  • Flexibility and availability to work weekends and peak periods, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Energetic drive to support the team in achieving sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
  • Understanding of fashion and trends, with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest styles and designs.
