Your Role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Casual Retail Sales Assistant in Rozelle. As a member of our sales team, you will have the opportunity to work in different aspects of store operations, train and learn new skills, and contribute to achieving sales targets.

Your Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.
  • Ensure compliance with Vinnies policies and procedures, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Replenish stock on the sales floor, maintaining a visually appealing and well-organised store environment.
  • Utilise your creative flair in assisting with visual merchandising, showcasing our products in an attractive and appealing manner.
  • Sort and price items according to Vinnies pricing guidelines, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets of the store, working collaboratively with the team to drive sales and revenue growth.
You Will Need
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Flexibility and availability during weekends and peak times, with a willingness to adapt to changing store requirements.
  • Good organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Energetic drive to support the team in achieving sales targets, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Understanding of fashion and trends, with the ability to stay up-to-date with the latest styles and products.
