About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Consultant to join our team at Reece Group. As a Retail Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting our customers in their home renovation journey, providing expert advice and guidance on bathroom and plumbing products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers in selecting the perfect bathroom products to meet their needs and budget
  • Create and manage customer quotes and orders via email and phone
  • Use our 3D Planner to bring customers' dream bathrooms to life
  • Visit customers onsite to provide updates and maintain great relationships
  • Keep the showroom running smoothly and safely
