  • Operational Excellence: Ensure compliance with food safety, OH&S, governance, and cash handling policies.
  • Communication: Foster collaboration with other stores and support office teams, communicating priorities clearly.

What You'll Bring

Proven retail or hospitality management experience in premium environments. A passion for creating extraordinary customer moments, flair for visual merchandising and product storytelling, inspirational leadership, strong commercial acumen, resilience, curiosity, and love for continuous improvement.
