We are looking for a skilled Business Support Officer to join a rapidly expanding organization within the public sector. This role is essential in providing administrative assistance to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Service Maintenance team.
  • Demonstrate proficient data entry skills with a strong emphasis on accuracy.
  • Generate work requests in the relevant systems, create electronic files, and manage quote tracking.
  • Perform additional tasks such as printing documents for audits and scanning files.
  • Assist the Senior Business Support Coordinator with various administrative duties, maintain fleet records, and oversee records for telecommunication and computer devices.
  • Address inquiries received in the administrative mailbox.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is essential; knowledge of Visio is a plus.
  • Strong typing skills with a focus on accuracy.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Capability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
