About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team at Aged Care Resumes as an Administration Officer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing effective administrative support to our work unit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality administrative support, focusing on coordinating multiple tasks and working unsupervised.
  • Provide administrative support for financial accounts, human resources, and information management.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of administrative tasks.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures.
Requirements
  • Ability to deliver high-quality administrative support with emphasis on coordinating multiple tasks and working unsupervised.
  • Knowledge of policies and practices relating to finance, human resources, and records management.
  • Experience in the use of computers and software packages (e.g., MS Office).
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills, including the ability to work in individual or team situations and communicate clear explanations.
  • Experience in solving problems and implementing solutions within a set timeframe.
