**Key Responsibilities:**
We are seeking an experienced Windows and Citrix Systems Engineer to join our team at Pyramid Global Technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing and maintaining our Active Directory and DNS infrastructure
- Implementing and troubleshooting ITIL V3 foundation certification and knowledge
- Providing excellent customer interaction and communication skills
- Experience in data centre operations and business acumen
- Strategic and analytical problem-solving skills
- Individual performer and team player
**Technical Skills:**
The ideal candidate will have:
- Extensive knowledge in all facets of AD-related tasks and activities
- Experience in installing and configuring certificates for Windows platform
- Thorough understanding of GPO policies creation and modification
- Experience in vulnerability management and monitoring systems
- Ability to deploy, manage, and operate scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant systems
- Knowledge to implement and control data flow to and from a service provider
- Capability to select services based on compute, data, or security requirements
- Experience with at least two of: AWS, Azure, GCP or IBM Cloud
- Experience working in private or public cloud environments
- Administering Microsoft Windows 2008 and 2012 r2 active directory domain
- Understanding of FSMO Roles, creating objects, shares, groups in active directory, MS Exchange, CITRIX support, delegating active directory object permissions, Microsoft Distributed File System, Microsoft Distributed File System Replication, Microsoft File/Print services
- Experience managing Active Directory-integrated DNS and DHCP solutions
- Creating and managing group policies and troubleshooting
- Improving AD processes and automating repetitive tasks
- Configuring and maintaining WSUS and/or SCCM server
- Excellent writing skills with a proven background in writing documentation and presentations
- Experience developing scripted solutions using Microsoft PowerShell
- Installation of ESX Servers, vCenter Server and vSphere Client
- Extensive knowledge in advance features of ESX VMOTION, SVMOTION, HA and DRS
- Experience in P2V, V2V MIGRATION using VMware Converter and Provisioning VMs from templates and cloning
- Worked on disaster recovery using SRM-Site recovery manager
- Health Check for VMs and ESX host
- Experience in enterprise level PKI administration
- Experience in Enterprise level AD sites and service administration/management
- Experience AD trust relationship configuration and troubleshooting
- Experience in LDAP configuration and troubleshooting
