We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Project Coordinator to join our team in our busy Sydney office. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the project team and contributing to the success of our organization.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, developing your skills and expertise in proposal coordination, database management, and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and develop proposal processes, including setting up templates, managing databases, and preparing tender schedules.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Provide administrative support to the project team, including formatting and editing documents, coordinating with stakeholders, and liaising with graphic designers/printers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum 6-12 months' administration experience, preferably in construction/engineering/project type backgrounds.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Advanced MSOffice and formatting skills, particularly in Word and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
