  • Manage post-sales workflows, renewals forecasting, and data insights
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 4+ years in Technical Account/Customer Success Operations and/or Renewal Operations
  • Experience working for a high growth software/SaaS company
  • Prior experience in managing projects and defining operational processes
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Salesforce, Gainsight, Opine, ZoomInfo, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Nav
