Senior Operations Manager for Business Growth

The ideal candidate will be responsible for streamlining business processes, enhancing productivity, and driving operational efficiency across various teams. They will oversee the development and implementation of scalable and repeatable processes to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting leadership teams to optimize business objectives and drive revenue growth

  • Developing and maintaining key GTM systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements

  • Defining project scopes, timelines, and deliverables

  • Leading training sessions and onboarding new employees

  • Managing and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs)

  • Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes

Required skills and qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in Technical Account / Customer Success Operations and/or Renewal Operations

  • Experience working in high-growth software/SaaS companies

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Technical proficiency in Google Suite, Salesforce, Gainsight, Opine, ZoomInfo, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator

  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

What to expect:

  • First 30 days: Onboarding and training, familiarizing yourself with the company's tools and processes

  • 1 year: Full ownership of various key projects related to the GTM org and the supporting systems
