Senior Process Improvement Specialist

As a seasoned professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our Revenue Operations team. Your primary focus will be on building and streamlining processes and systems to accelerate revenue growth. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in Customer Success Operations.
Support the leadership team by providing critical guidance to ensure Technical Account Managers, Sales Engineers, and Renewals Teams have the necessary tools, processes, and data to achieve business objectives.
Develop and implement scalable and repeatable processes to enhance productivity and performance across cross-functional teams.
Collaborate with Business Systems and Analytics teams to ensure accuracy and availability of customer data within Salesforce, Gainsight, and other GTM systems.
Drive operational efficiencies and support data-based decision-making through the development and administration of reports, dashboards, and analytics.
Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in Technical Account / Customer Success Operations and/or Renewal Operations.
Proven track record of defining operational processes and collaborating with technology teams for successful project implementation.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work autonomously and think strategically.
Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Google Suite, Salesforce, Gainsight, Opine, ZoomInfo, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
