Product Launch Manager - Medication Delivery Solutions

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Product Launch Manager to lead the development and execution of impactful product launch strategies across our Medication Delivery Solutions business in Australia and New Zealand.

As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for managing the product lifecycle, ensuring timely launches, effective communication, and seamless collaboration with stakeholders.

Our company aims to advance the world of health and deliver transformative solutions that turn dreams into possibilities.

Responsibilities
  • Manage product launches for high-market-share portfolios by ensuring timely market introductions, effective communication, and seamless collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop local marketing plans for disposable products in line with global marketing strategies by analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
  • Manage distributors and business development partners by providing training, promotional activities, and collateral support to enhance portfolio usage.
  • Monitor product performance through regular customer visits, calls, webinars, etc., and ensure complaints are dealt with efficiently by maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with business development partners, particularly inside sales teams, to develop materials supporting portfolio adoption by leveraging market intelligence and customer insights.
  • Communicate key information to internal and external stakeholders by creating engaging content, presentations, and reports.
Qualifications
  • Must have tertiary qualifications in science, business, or related disciplines, or relevant work experience in commercial roles.
  • Demonstrated experience in marketing or sales roles in the healthcare industry is preferred but not essential.
  • Enthusiastic, willing to take on new challenges with strong business acumen, ability to influence and motivate others without direct authority.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, ability to plan, manage, and complete projects of moderate complexity.
  • Self-starter who can prioritize and manage multiple tasks, ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional settings.
  • Ability to research, analyze, interpret, and maximize market intelligence, solid computer skills; experience with CRM programs is an advantage.
