We are seeking a skilled Capital Transactions professional to join our high-performing team within the Investment Management business.

The successful candidate will play a key role in assisting with the identification, underwriting, and execution of real estate acquisitions and disposals for existing and new funds and mandates across various sectors including office, industrial, logistics, retail, and living.

Key responsibilities include financial analysis, market research, investor presentations, and due diligence to drive strategy and growth for the business.

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Property Economics, Business, Finance or related disciplines.
  • Experience in the commercial real estate sector through funds/investment management, valuation, development or investment banking.
  • Strong skills in financial modelling which include developing and maintaining financial models to analyse investment opportunities, performance calculations and asset valuation.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to collate information to present and influence audiences balancing quantitative and qualitative evidence.
