Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive the execution of significant private capital transactions across direct lending, structured capital and minority equity. This leading role involves collaborating with senior investment leaders and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead transaction execution from origination through to structuring and completion.
  • Contribute to portfolio management, monitoring and supporting the long-term success of invested businesses.

The ideal candidate will have 6-9 years of experience in private credit, leveraged finance, M&A gained within an investment or commercial bank, private capital platform, or consulting firm. Strong technical and commercial capability, alongside the ability to manage complex transactions with multiple stakeholders, is essential for success.

Requirements:
  • Expertise in private credit, leveraged finance, and M&A transactions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
