Capital Investment Specialist

The Transaction Analyst will work closely with the CIO and Head of Transactions on acquisitions, divestments, capital structuring, and deal execution.
This is a rare chance to sit at the centre of the investment engine — sourcing, underwriting, and closing deals with a lean, high-quality team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in the identification, evaluation, and execution of investment opportunities.
- Assist in the development of investment strategies and business plans.
- Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support investment decisions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective deal execution.
Requirements:
- 3–7 years' experience in capital transactions, real estate advisory, investment banking, or REITs.
- Deep exposure to Australian real estate and an understanding of investment underwriting.
- Entrepreneurial mindset — ready to step up, take ownership, and contribute meaningfully in a smaller, high-trust environment.
