As a strategic marketing leader, you will drive business growth by designing and executing integrated marketing strategies across a diverse portfolio of hospitality brands.
Leading a dynamic team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing all brand marketing campaigns and associated activities across both traditional and digital channels. Your primary goal will be to strengthen each individual hospitality brand, increase brand awareness, loyalty, and conversion, and ultimately drive revenue growth.
You will be the driving force behind end-to-end campaign strategic direction, creation, delivery, and reporting. You will also oversee day-to-day marketing efforts, leveraging owned, paid, and earned channels to achieve your objectives.
A solid understanding of audience segmentation, website maintenance, search engine optimization, e-marketing strategy, paid advertising, social media management, content creation, activations, and reporting will be crucial in fulfilling the functions of this role. Strong project management skills, problem-solving ability, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are also essential.
You will report directly to the General Manager and lead a team of two to three direct reports, providing team management, coaching, mentoring, and support. Project multitasking, problem-solving, and strong interpersonal skills are key requirements of the role.

Key responsibilities:
- Develop and lead integrated marketing strategies for multiple hospitality brands
- Design, deliver, and analyze monthly brand campaigns across traditional and digital platforms
- Monitor and report on conversion rates and provide recommendations to improve digital user experience and sales performance
- Work closely with the Head of Design to project manage digital visual content
- Ensure all brands' visual creative assets are relevant and up-to-date
- Plan for marketing expenditure well in advance and develop a financial plan to maximize resources
- Manage media opportunities and ensure all earned media coverage is positive in sentiment
- Design and lead packages, promotions, and activations specific to each hospitality brand
- Identify new opportunities for innovation and progression in hospitality marketing
Required skills and qualifications:
- At least 5 years' experience in a senior marketing and team leadership role
- High-level presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills, agile thinking, and the ability to respond to dynamic conditions
- A university degree in marketing, communications, or a similar field is advantageous, though not essential
