As a Chief Brand Officer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand's positioning and driving growth through effective strategy development and execution.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement brand strategies to enhance brand equity and drive business growth.
  • Lead cross-functional teams focused on consumer needs and insight to drive brand innovation and impact overall brand & business performance.
  • Partner with product team, merchandising, and marketplace teams to ensure alignment between product and consumer strategies.
  • Brand planning to optimize current portfolio and improve in-market and business performance.
  • Collaborate with sales team to define the brand and develop sales materials and promotional schedules.
  • Champion brand/s within the organization, driving brand education/profile and upholding alignment to core brand proposition.
  • Drive brand-related new product development (NPD) with responsibility for new lines in market including launch, activation, and range support.
  • Work with agencies to develop and execute annual marketing plans and manage monthly and annual marketing budgets.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Commerce.
  • 3-5 years FMCG marketing experience ideally.
  • Experience across NPD and Innovation with FMCG.
  • Track record in Brand Marketing with strong commercial acumen.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Proven ability to lead advertising and storytelling, preferably within the packaged goods industry, and drive the NPD pipeline.
