We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to lead our team of educators as a Lead Educator and Program Developer. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, welcoming space for children to grow and learn.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement engaging programs that cater to diverse interests and abilities.
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and the local community through positive role modeling and proactive strategies.

Requirements:

  • A completed or working towards a childcare-related Diploma or equivalent.
  • A valid Blue Card and First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certificates.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
