Salary: $70,000 - $77,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.

About The Role As a Lead Educator, you'll guide and support your room's educational program and collaborate with your team to deliver high-quality, play-based learning.
You\'ll help foster a warm, stimulating environment where children feel empowered to explore and grow.
Your Role Will Include Leading curriculum planning and implementation in alignment with the EYLF and NQS.
Mentoring fellow educators and supporting a positive team culture.
Building genuine relationships with families, children, and the wider community.
Ensuring a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.
What You'll Need A Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education and Care.
Previous experience in an Educator or Lead Educator role.
Confidence in curriculum development and team collaboration.
A current Working with Children Check, First Aid, and CPR.
A caring, flexible approach and a deep passion for early education.
Availability Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 6:00pm.
