We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Educator to join our centre in planning, implementing, and evaluating programs that inspire young minds. This role will contribute to the growth and development of all children within the kindergarten age group.

About The Role

The successful candidate will provide a safe and stimulating environment that meets the social, cultural, emotional, educational and physical needs of the children. Key responsibilities include:

  • Create and execute high-quality educational programs that support the overall wellbeing, growth, and education of young children.
  • Facilitate play-based learning environments that are responsive to children's interests, strengths, and abilities.
  • Observe and document children's progress and development.
  • Foster positive relationships with children, families, and the community.

About You

You are a creative and inspired Educator with a passion to lead and develop high-quality age-specific programs and daily routines. As a collaborative member of the team, you will work to build strong relationships with educators, children, and families.

A Bachelor's/Master's degree or Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood Education is required, along with current working with children check, outstanding level of verbal and written communication, strong knowledge and experience of the early years learning framework and national quality standards, and current approved first aid and asthma and anaphylaxis training.
