Early Education Lead

Mayfield Early Education is seeking a dedicated Early Education Lead to guide and support our educational program. As a key member of our team, you will foster a stimulating environment where children feel empowered to explore and grow.

Requirements
  • A Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education and Care.
  • Previous experience in an Educator or Lead Educator role.
  • Confidence in curriculum development and team collaboration.
  • A current Working with Children Check, First Aid, and CPR.
  • A caring, flexible approach and a deep passion for early education.
