As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a vital role in helping us achieve our mission of transforming school wellbeing across Australia and beyond.
About the Role- You will work closely with school leaders and teachers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to address them.
- Drive engagement by leveraging data to identify key moments in a school's journey and providing targeted support.
- Collaborate with our team to improve processes, share customer insights, and inform product development.
- Stay up-to-date on education and policy changes to ensure schools remain ahead of the curve.
- Develop strong relationships with schools and establish yourself as a trusted advisor.
- Build customised wellbeing plans that cater to each school's unique needs.
- Use data-driven insights to drive growth and retention, and lead revenue conversations with schools.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve your skills.
- Passionate about making a positive impact on young people's lives.
- Proven experience in SaaS customer success, with a track record of driving growth and retention.
- Excited about working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
