Customer Experience Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Experience Lead to join our team. The primary objective of this role is to lead the Sales & Service Hub (SSH) Sales Support team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer-centric solutions
- Conduct thorough analysis of customer queries and complaints, and develop effective resolutions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
