Customer Experience Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Specialist to provide exceptional support to our customers.
Main Responsibilities:
- To deliver outstanding customer experiences by offering tailored solutions to meet their needs
- Conducting centre tours and walk-throughs to showcase our facilities
- Maintaining a safe and secure environment by adhering to health and safety protocols
- Actioning administrative tasks such as contract management, inventory control, and insurance claims
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- A motivated and proactive attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Previous customer service experience in a sales environment is desirable
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Willingness to learn and grow within the business
- A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
