About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an IT Career Development Professional. This exciting opportunity is ideal for someone looking to start their IT career in a professional, friendly, and supportive environment.

The role involves providing IT support and administration tasks, reviewing internal IT infrastructure, and assisting employees and engineering teams with daily IT needs.

This is an excellent chance to gain experience and master the necessary skills in a dynamic and specialized Cybersecurity organization.

Requirements
  • Be an Australian citizen
  • Not have completed any qualification higher than a Certificate 4
  • Be Melbourne based and willing to work full time from our office
  • Commit to completing a formalised traineeship

Training and Development

The role will form part of an accredited 12-18 month Cert 4 in IT, encompassing study and on-the-job learning. You'll have opportunities to develop your skills and knowledge in a variety of areas, including IT support, infrastructure review, and customer service.
