The role of Workshop Team Lead is a pivotal position within our organisation, requiring an experienced and highly capable individual to lead, coach, and develop a team of diesel technicians in the workshop.

  • Supervise workmanship and performance of assigned diesel technicians.

In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring all work in progress to achieve company benchmarks. You will also need to lead by example and be an advocate for our core values of integrity, teamwork, excellence, and commitment.

  • You like being challenged and getting your hands dirty.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Previous supervisory/leadership experience in a similar role.
  • Highly developed communication (both oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to liaise with customers, peers, co-workers, and all levels of management.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the capacity to handle several tasks simultaneously.
