Financial Transaction Manager

Purchasing administrators play a vital role in the financial process, ensuring timely payment of invoices and efficient management of supplier relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Create and oversee purchase orders and invoice processing to ensure seamless financial transactions.
- Maintain end-to-end vendor onboarding and maintenance within financial systems.
- Liaise with vendors to guarantee compliance and quality documentation.
- Monitor and manage the Exflow queue to support prompt payments.
- Collaborate with Contract Administrators to synchronize budgets and payment schedules.
- Address adjustment notes and resolve payment-related queries efficiently.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in administration, purchasing, or finance roles.
- Strong knowledge of financial systems, ideally D365.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
