Victoria University seeks a Senior Lecturer in Psychology to contribute to teaching and research within the Psychology Discipline. This full-time, continuing position at an Academic C classification offers a competitive annual salary range of $129,435 - $149,246, plus 17% superannuation.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement high-quality, innovative teaching materials and practices that enhance student learning experiences.
- Contribute to program development, course convening, unit convening, and industry relationships to promote academic excellence.
- Participate in professional development activities, scholarly reviews, and risk management to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A PhD in Psychology and experience teaching at the tertiary level.
- A commitment to excellence and innovation in curriculum development and delivery.
- A demonstrated record of peer-reviewed publications and/or successful funding at the national or international level.
- Expertise in Counselling Psychology, Health Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Developmental Psychology, Personality, Social Psychology, Relationships, or registration as a psychologist with endorsement (or pathway towards endorsement).
