Maintenance Coordinator Role Overview:
The company is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to coordinate and handle all bookings for work. This newly created position is due to business expansion.
Main Responsibilities include:
- Answering phones (office phone)
- Communicating with clients
- Preparing quotes
- Processing reports and invoices
- Liaising with the Director of Operations daily/weekly/monthly
- Other duties as directed
The ideal candidate will have experience in:
- Microsoft Office
- MAYOB
- Using industry-specific software (Uptick) and being able to learn new systems quickly
- A good understanding of computers
- Maintenance of information stored in software (Uptick)
- Marketing experience (desirable)
This role offers immediate start availability in a growing business that has not been impacted by lockdowns, along with free onsite parking.
