Our Ticketing Operations Specialist will play a key role in supporting the Event Operations team, working closely with the Ticketing Manager to ensure seamless ticketing events at our venue.

About the Role

  • Support the Ticketing Manager in fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with event ticketing operations, including processing complimentary tickets, managing venue and promoter holds, and monitoring sales figures.
  • Maintain accurate records associated with ticket processing, printing, and distribution.
  • Provide promoters and hirers with detailed ticketing reports and maps to support enquiries and venue operations.
  • Conduct thorough seat audits on event days, assist in the box office, and prepare comprehensive ticketing reconciliation reports.

About You

  • Proven experience in ticketing operations within the entertainment industry.
  • A deep understanding of ticketing operations for multi-purpose venues.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organisational skills, and excellent communication abilities.
  • Strong time management and self-management skills to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
