Ticketing Coordinator

This full-time permanent position is part of the Event Operations team, the Ticketing Coordinator will report directly to the Ticketing Manager.

**About the Role**
- Supporting the Ticketing Manager in all matters related to ticketing events at the Arena building and maintaining strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- Assisting with the maintenance of current ticketed events such as processing complimentary tickets, managing venue and promoter holds, monitoring and reporting on sales and making event ticketing changes to builds
- Maintain registers associated with processing, printing and distributing tickets including the Arena's corporate partners and suite holders
- Assist promoters and hirers by generating ticketing reports and maps to assist with enquiries, ticket analysis and venue operations
- Conducting seat audits on event days, assisting in the box office, preparing and distributing ticketing reconciliation reports

**About You**
- Proven experience in ticketing operations within the event industry (desirable)
- A strong understanding of ticketing operations for events held in a multi-purpose venue
- Superior attention to detail and well organised with strong communication and arithmetical skills
- Excellent organisational, administration, time management and self-management skills to multi-task work under pressure and meet deadlines
