**Job Title:** Chief Learning Officer

This role involves spearheading the development and implementation of tailored learning solutions that align with business strategy and brand. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of customer needs, employee cycles, product, service design, technical, business line, leadership, engagement, and communication.

The successful incumbent will be responsible for managing training programs, certification, and all forms of training delivery. They will research new methods, materials, and supplies to enhance training procedures and provide value to employees and customers.

To succeed in this position, you will need to identify future training needs, create relevant curriculum, and work closely with leaders across the organisation to understand their functions and training requirements.

You will also be responsible for providing daily and weekly reports to internal stakeholders on team activities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement comprehensive learning strategies that meet business objectives
  • Manage training programs, including certification and compliance training
  • Research and recommend new training methods, materials, and supplies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver training content
  • Provide regular reporting and analytics to support business decision-making

**Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, or related field

- Proven experience in learning and development, preferably in a leadership role

- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies

- Excellent communication and project management skills
