As a Commercial Strategist, you will play a vital role in shaping the business's commercial vision. This senior position reports directly to the CEO and requires someone who excels in strategy, client engagement, and hands-on business development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships by identifying and securing new business opportunities.
  • Leading the preparation of tenders, proposals, and business cases to drive growth and competitiveness.
  • Developing and implementing commercial and marketing strategies to stay ahead in the market.
  • Monitoring performance and market trends to ensure the business remains competitive.
  • Providing commercial insights and advice directly to leadership to inform strategic decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years' experience in a commercial, business development, or sales role.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to build trust easily.
  • A quick thinker who adapts well to change.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities.
  • Confident with Microsoft Office and business tools.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Experience in aviation, transport, logistics, or resources (aviation training can be provided).
  • Familiarity with tendering processes, contracts, or CRM systems.
