About the Role

This is a Manager - Accounting/Business Services opportunity, responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team of accountants across junior and senior levels. You will oversee the delivery of accounting, taxation, and business advisory services, ensuring clients receive strategic, accurate, and timely advice.

As a team leader, you will mentor, coach, and guide staff, fostering professional growth, accountability, and collaboration. You will partner with Directors to manage key client relationships, drive team performance, and contribute to the overall strategic direction of the practice. This is a hands-on leadership role with significant influence on both the team and client outcomes.

Skills & Experience
  • CA/CPA qualified
  • Degree in Accounting, Business, or related field
  • Extensive experience (5+ years) in accounting, business services, or advisory roles within a professional services environment
  • Proven leadership experience managing and mentoring both junior and senior accountants
  • Strong technical expertise in accounting, taxation, and business advisory practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills
  • Commercially-minded with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
