Join a dynamic and forward-thinking team as an Operations Manager in Sydney, where you will oversee the day-to-day activities of a lively sports bar and grill. As part of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining high standards of food and beverage quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Management: Train, roster, and manage staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Venue Operations: Oversee restaurant, bar, and function operations to ensure seamless execution.
  • Front-of-House Operational Management: Manage the operational aspects of the business, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Sales and Cost Control: Identify opportunities to increase sales and control costs effectively.
  • Customer Service: Deliver outstanding service to ensure excellent guest experiences.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year of hospitality management experience.
  • Experience in both bar and restaurant environments.
  • Financial management skills.
  • Leadership and team development abilities.
  • RSA, RSG, TAB Basics & Advanced certifications.
  • First aid certification is preferred.
  • Approved Managers Certificate is preferred.
