Logistics Coordinator - Supply Chain Expert

We're seeking a Logistics Coordinator to play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our aircraft parts supply chain. As part of our team, you'll be responsible for managing end-to-end operations, from forecasting and monitoring demand to coordinating procurement and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of component forecasts
  • Execute inventory plans and manage end-to-end supply chain activities
  • Monitor system reports and resolve supply issues
  • Manage urgent part requests and maintain accurate procurement records
  • Participate in supply-chain improvement projects

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
  • Experience and knowledge in Supply Chain, preferably in planning, purchasing or repairs
  • Tertiary qualifications in business, finance or logistics discipline
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and ERP Systems
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Customer focused and ability to build constructive and effective relationships
  • Ability to positively influence others in the achievement of operational objectives
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and influence outcomes
  • Self-motivation and ability to work without supervision
