We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain professional to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaboration and Communication
  • We are looking for an experienced and motivated Supply Chain Analyst who can work closely with Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Finance teams as well as external partners to ensure efficient forecasting, manufacturing, distribution, and measurement of products.
  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in reviewing and analyzing freight data, working closely with the local freight forwarder partner, and collaborating with suppliers on supply plans.
  • This role involves building relationships with local and offshore raw material and packaging suppliers, generating purchase orders for slow-moving finished goods and components, and reconciling slow-moving stock.
  • The successful candidate will also be responsible for working with our internal ERP system and associated tools, analyzing and validating Cost of Goods, updating Bill of Material documents, and conducting pricing negotiations for tier 2 suppliers.
  • This includes reviewing, analysis & reporting of monthly operations performance metrics, leading supplier meetings to address performance issues.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain or other relevant field is required.
  • The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years' experience within the Supply Chain functions of a FMCG business.
  • Candidates must possess intermediate to advanced Excel and Access skills.
