Job Description

Our organization is seeking two highly experienced professionals to join its Planning & Purchasing management team. The successful candidates will be responsible for executing existing programs and new business campaigns, providing supply chain expertise, guidance, and leadership.

The ideal candidate will have experience working within dynamic global supply chains, executing acquisition or sustainment projects within the MRO industry, and leading teams inside and beyond supply chain services environments.

We are looking for individuals who possess excellent interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills, as well as an entrepreneurial spirit looking to make a difference in a rewarding sector.

The selected candidates will contribute to the open, inclusive, and innovative team culture, set up strong development and knowledge sharing frameworks encouraging team growth, and work with others to understand business needs and manage the team to meet multiple project requirements.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the business growth strategy and roadmaps by identifying and leveraging commonalities, innovation, and efficiencies across multiple programs.
  • Drive continuous improvement by communicating and deploying enterprise best practices and employee engagement to improve costs, quality, delivery, employee satisfaction, and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead the development and execution of existing and new program opportunities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Manage resources to meet multiple project demands, conduct strategic workforce planning, and enable collaboration across programs.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking candidates who possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Demonstrated experience working within dynamic global supply chains.
  • Experience in executing acquisition or sustainment projects within the MRO industry.
  • Tertiary qualifications and/or 10+ years' experience, or equivalent combination within the supply chain industry desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams inside and beyond supply chain services environments.
  • Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit looking to make a difference in a rewarding sector.
