Role Overview
About the PositionWe are seeking a skilled healthcare professional to provide high-quality patient care and promote health outcomes in our Community Mental Health Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering nursing care that is centred on individual needs, evidence-based, and promotes positive health outcomes.
The Nursing Care Professional will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care in collaboration with individuals and the multidisciplinary healthcare team. They may work across multiple sites and within diverse models of care in our community mental health service.

Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care in collaboration with individuals and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Work across multiple sites and within diverse models of care in the community mental health service.
- Provide high-quality patient care and promote positive health outcomes.
- Recognised tertiary qualifications in nursing and registration with the relevant authority.
- Demonstrated competencies to provide high-quality patient care.
- NSW Driver's Licence (P1 and P2 licence acceptable).
