Nurse - General Healthcare Role

A dedicated and compassionate nurse is required to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong clinical knowledge, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

About the Position

This role involves delivering patient-centered care that promotes optimal health outcomes. The successful candidate will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care in collaboration with individuals and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide evidence-informed nursing care that meets individual needs and promotes identified health outcomes.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care in collaboration with individuals and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment plans.
Requirements
  • Current nursing registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA).
  • Apheresis experience with cannulation and CVAD management skills.
  • Demonstrated understanding of evidence-informed practice and critical thinking.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a dynamic team.
  • Evidence of participation in own professional development and commitment to maintaining competence and enhancement of skills.
