About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate aged care worker to provide high-quality care and support to our elderly and disabled clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, grooming, and meal preparation.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients.
  • Document client progress and report any changes in their condition.
  • Adhere to all safety and quality standards in the delivery of care.
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.
Requirements
  • Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification in Aged Care or Disability Support.
  • Experience in a similar aged care or disability support role, preferably in a community-based setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to make a positive difference in the lives of our clients.
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to providing the highest standard of care. Current First Aid certificate and National Police Clearance.
