Requirements
  • Qualifications: Qualified Chefs: capable of managing sections and consistently delivering exceptional dishes; Chef de Parties (CDPs): experienced in high-volume kitchens and skilled in their designated section; Commis & Line Cooks: reliable, motivated, and eager to grow their culinary skills; Pastry Chef: specifically for Ludlow Dining Room, with strong dessert and baking expertise.
  • Skills: Proven experience in busy kitchens, restaurants, or hospitality environments; strong technical skills and a genuine passion for food; professional, calm, and team-focused approach; attention to detail, reliability, and pride in your work; flexibility and adaptability across different kitchen styles and service formats.
