About This Role

This exciting opportunity is available for a Senior Lecturer in Workplace Wellbeing at CQUniversity.

The role involves teaching psychological health and wellbeing to undergraduate and postgraduate students, with a focus on promoting wellbeing in the workplace.

You will work in a dynamic academic environment where you'll play a critical role in teaching, research, and professional development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver lectures on workplace mental health and wellbeing
  • Lead initiatives that shape the future of higher education
  • Engage in a variety of tasks, from delivering lectures to leading research
Requirements
  • Possession of doctoral qualification (PhD) in a relevant discipline
  • Teaching qualification or willingness to undertake a Graduate Certificate in Tertiary Teaching / Education
  • An understanding of current professional and educational issues in higher education
  • Experience and/or expertise in workplace mental health and wellbeing, psychological safety, psychosocial hazards, and/or applied positive psychology
