Business Manager - Disability Employment Services

At Max Solutions, we are seeking an experienced Business Manager to lead our Disability Employment Services team in Bundaberg. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for managing, supporting, and motivating your teams to meet and exceed monthly KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure our customers are supported through the whole employment services process
  • Promote and foster strong relationships and champion Max as an employment service partner of choice
  • Review operational plans for successful outcomes

Requirements:

  • Previous exposure to working with people with disability
  • Previous exposure to working within employment services, preferably DES
  • Advanced level of communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to rapidly build effective and positive working relationships
  • Strong positive problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Good level of business acumen and budgetary skills
  • Knowledge of risk management approaches, including the ability to undertake risk assessments for work activities
