Gym Activity Development Manager

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and administering the development and delivery of all gym activities, including oversight of gym programs, Personal Training, school-based gym use, and group fitness programs. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in mentoring and supporting teams to reach exciting goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and administer the development and delivery of all gym activities;
- Oversight of gym programs, Personal Training, school-based gym use, and group fitness programs;
- Mentor and support teams to reach exciting goals;
- Develop and implement new gym programs and services;
- Ensure excellent customer service and engagement.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
About Us:
We are a fully serviced fitness centre offering gym, pool, personal training, and group fitness classes, as well as steam room and spa facilities. The Centre is open seven days a week to the public, students, staff, and families of The Friends' School.
