Youth Mental Health Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our Rural Youth Mental Health team. As a Support Worker, you will provide individualised mental health support to young people aged 12-25 across various communities in Western NSW.
- Develop trusting relationships with young people to support their mental health journey.
- Coordinate services with service providers to ensure effective delivery.
- Link young people to relevant services to facilitate recovery.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment.
- Undertake overnight travel as required.
- Collaborate with service providers to deliver high-quality services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local communities.
- Provide holistic mental health support to young people.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve goals.
- Degree qualification in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
- Current driver's license.
- Experience supporting young people with mental health challenges.
- Ability to work effectively in rural communities.
