Civil Supervisor Role

The role involves overseeing daily on-site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and environmental standards are met while delivering projects on time and effectively managing resources. Key responsibilities include:

  • Project Management: Allocating plant, materials, and human resources to meet project deadlines.
  • Team Supervision: Supervising teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve high-quality outcomes.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensuring on-site safety compliance through toolbox talks, inductions, and audits.
  • Client Relationship: Participating in site inspections, client meetings, and project sign-offs to ensure all requirements are met.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handling administrative tasks such as timesheets, site diaries, and delivery dockets.

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • At least 5 years of experience supervising civil road and infrastructure projects, with a strong understanding of South Australian standards, including DIT and council works.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and liaise with stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach to safety and quality compliance on-site.
  • Flexibility to work across metro and regional areas, with all accommodation expenses covered by us.
  • A White Card and a valid Driver's License (essential).
