Job Description: As a skilled professional in our service team, you will be responsible for completing technical-oriented service work of various scopes and providing support in planning and managing these works at various levels. You will work on multiple sites around Melbourne and will be available for after-hours and on-call support as part of this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this position, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Experience in service, maintenance, and/or installation of HVAC systems and controls
- Knowledge and experience of Building Automation systems (desirable)
- Hold a current Vic Electrical license
- Proficiency with computers, networks, and 3rd party software (i.e., Microsoft)
- Experience with Building Automation/PLC/Process software programming (desirable)
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- The ability to demonstrate strong customer engagement and relationship skills
